NIETS had the meeting for working-group who administered human resource development project in terms of testing for testing-center level to working-group in five southern border provinces.

On Thursday 23^rd May 2019, the National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization): NIETS hosted a meeting for working-group who administered human resource development project in terms of testing for testing-center level and trial to using the electronic learning for personnel in testing-field level of Ordinary National Educational Test (O-NET). The participants are consist of five southern border provinces working-group who administered testing-human resource development project in testing-center level as followed; 1) Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area Office, 2) Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office, 3) Yala Primary Educational Service Area Office, 4) Narathiwat Primary Educational Service Area Office, 5) Satun Primary Educational Service Area Office, 6) Secondary Educational Service Area Office 16 (Satun/ Songkhla), 7) Secondary Educational Service Area Office 13 (Narathiwat/Yala/ Pattani), and 8) Office of the Private Education Commission in five southern border provinces (Songkhla, Pattani, Yala, ) which total is 40 person at e-testing room, the 8^th floor of Khunying Long Athakravisunthorn Learning Resource Center, Prince of Songkla University, Hat Yai campus, Songkhla province.

Mr. Patana Thanakorn, Head of Testing Administration Department, gave an overview of human resource development project in terms of testing for testing-center level and objectives of trial the electronic learning for personnel in testing-center level of O-NET, is (1) to enhance knowledge and understanding better about implementing this project via the electronic learning to working-group of this project in five southern border provinces, (2) to trial in using the electronic learning for personnel in testing-center level of O-NET, and (3) to develop the potential ’s personnel in testing-center level to increase testing administration standard as the standards of National Educational Testing mentioned. In addition, attendees had an opportunity to share their concerns and suggestions.
