NIETS organized the Educational Measurement and Evaluation Forum on Competency-Based Assessment and Related Topics.

            On 17^th February 2020, the National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization) (NIETS) had already organized the Educational Measurement and Evaluation Forum on “A Brief Discussion of Competency-Based Assessment and Related Topics” at the meeting room 3501 35^th floor Phayathai Plaza Building, Bangkok.Prof. Dr. Jimmy de la Torre Faculty of Education University of Hong Kong, was the special speaker.

            The forum aimed to share opinions about current trends in assessment and develop forward for best practice in field of educational testing and assessment especially competency-based assessment. This activity is one-step of project for building cooperation between NIETS and higher education institutions to develop NIETS to be the Center of Excellence (COE) which composed of executives and representatives from Srinakharinwirot University, Burapha University, including observer from Thammasat University and Kasetsart University, participated this forum at 9 am. - 2pm.
