On May 26, 2025, the National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization), or NIETS, the director of NIETS (Asst.Prof. Sirida Burachat, Ph.D.) organized the discussion convention of “guidelines for increasing effectiveness of the national testing results utilization for upgrading the educational quality” which aimed to apply information usages of testing results for enhancing the learning and teaching management, designing the development policy, and upgrading the quality of education, according to the policy of “Education for excellence and security of life” possessed by the Minister of Education (Pol. Gen. Permpoon Chidchob) and the deputy minister (Mr.Surasak Phancharoenworakul). The participants of this meeting were dignitaries of NIETS (Asst. Prof. Adisorn Naowanondha, Ph.D.), (Wattanaporn Ra-ngaptuk), (Thanawat Sangthong), and related units of policymakers including, Office of the National Economic and Social Development Council (NESDC), Office of the Public Sector Development Commission, Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education, Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, Office of the Basic Education Commission (OBEC), Office of the Education Council, Office of Nation Education Standards and Quality Assessment (Public Organization) (ONESQA), Bureau of Educational Testing, Office of the Basic Education Commission, Office of Academic Affairs and Educational Standards, Office of the Basic Education Commission (OBEC), Independent Scholar, along with executives and academician of NIETS at the NIETS meeting room 3501.
