O-NET : Ordinary National Educational Test

Objectives

1. To test the knowledge and thinking ability of Grade 6, 9 and 12 students according to the Basic Education Core Curriculum B.E 2551 (A.D. 2008).
2. To assess their academic proficiency according to the Basic Education Core Curriculum B.E 2551 (A.D. 2008).
3. To provide information to the schools to improve their teaching and learning activities.
4. To evaluate the quality of education at the national level.

Development

Since academic year 2015, the test in 9 subjects were given to Grade 6 students, Grade 9 students and Grade 12 students.
