A passing score of 60% qualifies for a certificate of results issued by NIETS
Benefits of proficiency assessment:
Teachers, professors, educational personnel, pre-service teachers, students in teacher education programs, or any interested individuals who take the assessment will be able to evaluate their own competencies in measuring and assessing student learning outcomes. This includes understanding key concepts and principles of educational measurement and assessment in the 21st century, developing various types of assessment tools, designing and categorizing assessment instruments, determining the quality of these tools, applying diverse assessment methods, integrating information technology in different forms of assessment, establishing scoring criteria, interpreting scores, and using assessment results for educational management and enhancing teaching and learning practices.

- Students, university students, teachers, lecturers, educational personnel, and interested persons in general public.
Application fee payment:
- The examination fee is 200 baht per examination.
Application document:
- No supporting documents are required for the examination application.

Application system opening and closing dates
National Institute of Educational Testing Service (NIETS) will open the examination application system at 9:00 a.m. on the first day of the application period and close the system at 11:59 p.m. on the last day of the application period.
Preparation and Examination Room Regulations.
Examination Dress Code:
Proper and neat attire according to customary standards.
Men: Wear a shirt, polo shirt, or official uniform, long pants, tuck the shirt into the pants, and wear boots and shoes.
Women: Wear a shirt, polo shirt, or official uniform, a skirt or long pants, and wear brogan or heeled-back shoes.
Prohibited: Wearing jackets, coats, or suitsIdentification documents and permitted items allowed in the examination room:
1. National Identification Card,
Student identification card with a photograph,
Government officer identification card,
Government employee identification card with a photograph,
Official government-issued identification card with a photograph and a valid expiration date.
2. Pen (for signing the attendance report)
Examination Regulations:
No assigned seat number → ineligible to take the exam.
No identification card → ineligible to take the exam.
Arriving at the wrong examination halls → ineligible to take the exam.
Arriving more than 30 minutes late → ineligible to take the exam.
Prohibited: Bringing communication devices or electronic tools into the examination room.
Allowed: Leaving the examination room only after 60 minutes from the start of the exam.
Allowed: Bringing a watch into the examination room (must be a regular watch used for checking the time only).
