NIETS had the meeting for working-group who administered human resource development project in terms of testing for testing-center level and trial to using the electronic learning.

On Tuesday 21st May 2019, the National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization): NIETS hosted a briefing meeting for working-group who administered human resource development project in terms of testing for testing-center level and trail to using the electronic learning for personnel in testing-center level of Ordinary National Educational Test (O-NET). The participants consist of school administrators and personnel, from eight schools in Bangkok district as followed: 1) Bangpakok Wittaya school (foundation), 2) Sasnavidya school,
3) Sornsasanasassanupatham school, 4) Anwarulislam school, 5) Al-qurrawittaya school (Prawet), 6) Iqra muslim school, 7) Santichon Islamic school, and 8) Islamic garden school, which total is 16 person who participated meeting and trial the electronic learning for personnel in testing-center level of O-NET at NIETS meeting room, 35th floor of Phrayathai Plaza building, Bangkok.

Mr. Patana Thanakorn, Head of Testing Administration Department, gave an overview of testing-human resource development project in testing-center level and objectives of trial to using electronic learning for personnel in testing-center level of O-NET, is (1) to enhance knowledge and understanding better about implementing this project via the electronic learning to working-group of this project in five southern border provinces, school administrators and personnel from eight schools in Bangkok district, (2) to trial in using the electronic learning for personnel in testing-center level of O-NET, and (3) to develop the potential ’s personnel in testing-center level to increase testing administration standard as the standards of National Educational Testing mentioned.

Expected outcomes from implementing this project are as followed: 1) working-group of this project in five southern border provinces, school administrators and personnel from eight schools have knowledge and understanding better about implementing this project via the electronic learning, 2) for publicity to committee in testing-center level within responsible area and school personnel who participate this project, 3) to trial in using the electronic learning for personnel in testing-center level of O-NET which they have to pass this criteria according to the NIETS determined. In addition, they are also responsible for being a committee in testing-center level which have different position in each as the standards of testing administration and testing personnel of National Educational Testing mentioned

Therefore, NIETS also gave an opportunity them to trial in using the electronic learning for personnel in testing-center level of O-NET in order to study and to trial the tests. In the last session, attendees had an opportunity to share their concerns and suggestions.
