National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization) (NIETS) organized the workshop “NIETS steps to the 3rd year master virtue public organization” at Kingthong room, Asia hotel, Bangkok on 25 December 2019. Asst.Prof. Sirida Burachat, Ph.D., the director of NIETS presided over the opening ceremony of this workshop to all participants, consisted of executives and NIETS officers. The keynote speaker was Ajarn Nattapong Sukomon, Deputy Head of Department of Physical Education and Sports, Faculty of Education, Kasetsart University.

The objectives of this workshop were to promote NIETS officers’ three main virtue: accountability, self-discipline and public consciousness appropriate used in their life and their work happily and efficiently. This affected to implement working systems, qualifying administration, service system responding to people's demand and develop institution as learning organization, support to create the virtue network both within organization and outside in order to widely accepted from people, community, and society leading to be a model of virtue public organization in further.
