NIETS had the meeting for NIETS testing center representatives of O-NET grade 6 and grade 9 academic year 2019.

            The National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization) (NIETS) organized the meeting for NIETS testing center representatives of O-NET grade 6 and grade 9 academic year 2019 at room 3501, the 35^th floor of Phayathai Plaza Building, Bangkok on Thursday 19 December 2019. The 48 participants were presidents of testing centers and representatives from testing centers.

            Asst.Prof. Sirida Burachat, Ph.D., the director of NIETS, welcomed them and spoke on
O-NET testing administration to testing rooms/fields/ white centers.  She also thanked presidents, universities and relevant participants attending the meeting in a significant part make national educational testing to standardize, be transparent and effectively testing administration in accordance with national educational testing standards. She reemphasized that the universities selecting as NIETS testing center representatives with verified qualification including responsibility of NIETS representative in supervising, following-up and monitoring in all testing periods. NIETS also gave an opportunity to public in sharing such comments and feedbacks for improvement via four channels as followed: (1) directly line to executive (2) by post/mail (3) email: testing@niets.or.th and (4) call center +662-217-3800

Mr. Patana Thanakorn, Head of Testing Administration and Center Network Division, gave a brief overview of the project in the previous year and thanked universities and relevant attendees for satisfying administration in accordance with national educational testing standards. In addition, he also gathered all recommendation from NIET representatives in the previous year in order to improve and develop effectively more. In the last session of the meetings, the participants shared their concerned, opinions and recommendation.
