NIETS implemented strict measures to prevent the risk of wide spread sustained of COVID-19 at O-NET testing fields.

National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public organization) (NIETS) conducted grade 12 O-NET academic year 2019 on Saturday 29^th February – Sunday 1^st March 2020 around country.

            Therefore, NIETS implemented strict measures to prevent the risk of wide spread sustained of COVID-19 which each O-NET testing field and testing center able to consider as implementing appropriate as followed;

• Allow each examinee to wear a facemask onto examination room.
• Requesting cooperation from testing fields providing the sanitation facilities such as hand sanitizer (alcohol gel, soap)
• Testing fields should have checking and screening point for such symptoms to look out (fever, a dry cough and runny nose). Each examinee should wear a facemask and encourage them wash hands with hand sanitizer. Testing fields should request for cooperation with the public health department in COVID-19 screening.
• In case of any examinee showing symptoms of fever, testing fields should provide specific examination room from others.

In addition, NIETS coordinated and requested for cooperation from Ministry of Public Health to help for screening COVID-19 in such testing fields.
