Dr. Khunying Kalaya Sophonpanic, Ph.D., (Deputy Education Minister) and their delegation visited testing grade 6 and 9 O-NET academic year 2020 at Anurajaprasit school, Nonthaburi.

   The National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization) (NIETS) conducted Ordinary National Educational Test (O-NET) academic year 2020 for grade 6 students will be hold on 13th March 2021 and for grade 9 student, will be hold on March 13th – 14th, 2021 at test field throughout the country.

   On Saturday March 13th, 2021, Dr. Khunying Kalaya Sophonpanic, Ph.D., (Deputy Education Minister Acting of Education Minister), NIETS representative (Prof. Krismant Whattananarong, Ph.D.), Warunee  Liewwiwatchai, Ph.D. and Netdao Yongyubol, Ph.D., (Deputy Director of NIETS), Deputy Permanent Secretary (Mr.Wira Khaengkasikarn, Ph.D.), and delegation, visited O-NET grade 6 and 9 test field for academic year 2020 at Anurajaprasit school, Nonthaburi province. Director of Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 (Nopphorn Makkongkaew), Acting of director of Anurajaprasit school (Mr.Sanong adsaeng), and delegation are warm welcomed.
The picture of Dr. Khunying Kalaya Sophonpanic, Ph.D., (Deputy Education Minister) and their delegation visited testing grade 6 and 9 O-NET academic year 2020 at Anurajaprasit school, Nonthaburi.    There are 555,635 grade 6 O-NET examinees for academic year 2020 (4,780 test fields, 29,737 test room) with 62 test-participating in Digital testing system at Mathayom Pharatchatannayao School, Chachoengsao, and there are 404,297 grade 9 O-NET examinees for academic year 2020 (4,012 test fields and 21,707 test room). In addition, NIETS conducted a pilot study of the O-NET test results to be integrated with the Royal Initiative Project of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. Siam Boromrajakumari in the design of teaching and learning management and measurement and evaluation in accordance with the education core curriculum and context of the Border Patrol Police School, and utilize the National Digital Platform System for educational measurement and evaluation and Ordinary National Educational Test (O-NET).

All test fields have preventive measures against the spread of the COVID-19 by checking temperature, provided an alcohol gel to wash hands and spaced the right distance.

    The grade 6 O-NET test results will be announced on 21st April 2021 and grade 9 O-NET test results will be announced on 22nd April 2021 via NIETS website. (www.niets.or.th). The students, schools, and affiliates take O-NET results for planning educational management, improving and developing learning, instruction quality, including enhancing the learning achievement better.

    In addition, Ministry of Education has also brought video clips of various schools including OBEC Channel so that the interested students can attend online tutoring or review a lesson from 17 channels of distance education via DLTV satellites.
