National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization) (NIETS) will conducted Ordinary National Educational Test (O-NET) grade 12 academic year 2020 on March 27th – 29th, 2021. There are 387,137 examinees with 395 test fields throughout the country.

On March 27th, 2021, the first day of grade 12 O-NET tests which served 3 subjects as followed: Social Studies, Mathematics, and English language. On March 29th, 2021, we served 2 subjects as followed: Thai language and Science. In this regard, NIETS would like to emphasize that students must not forget to bring the identity document on test day such as an ID card or student ID card with a photo or a card issued by government authorities as well as recommend students planning their travel and arrive at the test sites in advance for preparing before entering the test room.

In addition, NIETS has also issued measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 for educational testing 2021 in the test center and test field by screening examinees before entering the test field, checking temperature, using an alcohol gel to wash hands, cleaning the test room and test field, and common areas including setting up various facilities regarding social distancing. In addition, the test takers and relevant persons are requested to be aware of and pay attention strictly to the preventive measures.

Therefore, grade 12 O-NET test results will be announced on 27th April 2021. NIETS has prepared a video to promote the taking O-NET test results to improve the quality of teaching to educate students on how to view individual O-NET test reports and use them for self-assessment as well as being used as a guideline for the development of each subject for the better. Also, O-NET test reports for school level has explained 6 issues so that teachers and school administrators will know how to consider each report and can be used to improve the development of teaching and learning as well as being used to plan the teaching and learning of each subject better.
