The National Institute of Educational Testing (Public Organization) (NIETS) conducted the first time of Vocational National Educational Test (V-NET) in CVE.3 level for academic year 2020 via Digital Testing system in order to assess the knowledge and thinking ability of Vocational education students in CVE.3 level on 4th-6th April 2021.

NIETS conducted the first time of V-NET in CVE.3 level for academic year 2020 via Digital Testing system. After NIETS has opened the application system and confirmed the test entrance between 25th January – 5th February 2021 and it was extended the application date and re-examination of the V-NET on 5th – 15th March 2021 (without registration fee). There are 37,945 candidates who are eligible for V-NET with digital testing system. Then, NIETS will conduct the test on April 4th – 6th, 2021 which divided into 6 rounds by taking 3 hours for the V-NET. There are 9,968 test takers, 142 test fields and 420 test rooms in the morning round (9.00 - 12.00 a.m.) with satisfied implementation.

For V-NET in CVE.3 level for academic year 2020, NIETS cooperates with Thailand Professional Qualification Institute (Public Organization) (TPQI) to integrate a test for measuring knowledge of core competencies, general competencies in CVE.3 level, and digital literacy assessment. In addition, V-NET test takers who got score 65% or more of the digital literacy competency standard can receive a digital literacy level l certificate from the TPQI. 

Each test field of V-NET with digital testing has strictly follow in accordance with the measures to prevent the epidemic of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). The test fields have preventive measures against the spread of the COVID-19 with temperature measurements, wash hands by alcohol gel or soap for hand washing, setting up test rooms, test fields, and places in consideration of social distancing for the safety of the test takers, including ensuring test takers and related personnel wear masks at all times. Therefore, the test results will be announced on 25th April 2021 via NIETS website (www.niets.or.th).
