The MOU Signing Ceremony for Test of English Communication in the Workplace Services between NIETS and NPU

On 23 September 2022, there was the signing ceremony of Memorandum of understanding (MOU) for Test of English Communication in the Workplace: TEC-W services cooperation between National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization) and Nakhon Phanom Universiy. Completing the MOU Signing formalities, Asst. Prof. Sirida Burachat, Ph.D., the Director of National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization) and Promsawat Tipkongka, Ph.D., Acting President of Nakhon Phanom University, carried out the MOU signing procedures.
