NIETS organized a training on Ethics for Government Employees and ITA and Its Link for Public Organization Officers for the 2023 fiscal year.

On 4 April 2023, Director of National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization) (Asst. Prof. Sirida Burachat, Ph.D.) who led a training on Ethics for Government Employees and ITA and Its Link for Public Organization Officers for the 2023 fiscal year.
In addition, there were Board of Director, administrators, officers and center networks attended this training at 3501 meeting room and via Zoom Meeting system.

In this event, the training was divided into 2 sessions. First, morning session provides a lecture on guidelines to ethical behavior in the benefit of others and the own benefit for government employees. The lecture was given by Mr. Phawit Sudsawang and Mr. Peerapat Anantasomboon from Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC). The objective of this session is to increase NIETS officers’ understanding of benefit of others and their own benefit so that they can identify these benefits as well as begin to apply this concept in workplace. Since NIETS have mentioned a No Gift Policy in a workshop, held in December, 2022 and have released on website, the training could be seen as an activity which drove principles that promote ethics and transparency in an organization.

For a session in the afternoon, there was a lecture on mechanism and promotion of ethics for Public Organization officers, given by Ms. Duangdaow Klayparn from Office of the Civil Service Commission in order to enable NIETS officers to understand Ethical Standard for officers, who work in Public Organization, and to apply the standard in their works for efficiency and effective performance.
