On 12 April 2023, National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization) held an activity for the inheritance of Thai traditional Songkran Festival 2023. In this event, NIETS officers were pouring water on the hands of Director and executives in order to ask for blessing at 3501 meeting room.
