NIETS arranged briefing meeting with V-NET Testing Centers for digital testing system utility.

On November 16^th, 2023, National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization) or NIETS organized the online briefing meeting with 73 representatives from 20 coordinated testing centers of Vocational National Educational Test or V-NET for academic year 2023 via Zoom cloud meeting program. The key issue of this briefing focused on the application of digital testing system for V-NET.

Begin with Chief of Testing Administration and Center Network Division (Mr. Pattana Thanakorn), addressed greeting welcome to all participants and appreciated the proficiently well-done operation of V-NET testing administration last year. In addition, he reported summary number of participated testers, educational institutes, examination sites and rooms preparing for the upcoming testing in academic year 2023. The testing agenda will be held on 20 – 21 and 27 – 28 January 2024 and testing results announcement on 21 February 2024. This briefing was also emphasized roles of coordinated testing centers as procedure of pre-test, during test, and post-test. The testing consequently responses to regulating monitor, paper work administration, operational results report, test manual practices, regulation engagement and practical exam admission. NIETS prepared V-NET testing manual as electronics file for download which coordinated testing centers could apply on NIETS website recently.

Testing operation academician (Mrs. Kanchana Phuangjit), had advised functions of testing administrative system such as printing and testing document delivery, operational results report, and expenditure summary report. Furthermore, there were various types of contact channel for further information requirement which were letter, e-mail, website, and telephone. Eventually, all participants had been allowed for explanation, discussion, and evaluation of this meeting at the end session.
