NIETS managed a briefing meeting for the committee at the examination halls level of V-NET by the Digital Testing System in the fiscal year 2023.

On December 20 – 21, 2023, National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization) or NIETS handled a briefing meeting for the committee at examination halls level of Vocational National Educational Test: V-NET by Digital Testing system in the fiscal year 2023. There were representatives from 20 cooperating testing centers and examination halls under the responsibility of 20 V-NET cooperating testing centers joined the online meeting via the Zoom cloud meeting program.
Asst. Prof. Sirida Burachat, Ph.D, the Director of NIETS assigned Warunee Liewwiwatchai, Ph.D, Deputy Director, to present a greeting speech for all participants and mentioned the objectives of V-NET testing by the Digital Testing system. The preparation of V-NET digital testing system management in the fiscal year 2023 means that the examination will occur on January 20 – 21, 2024, and January 27 – 28, 2024, and the testing results will be announced on February 21, 2024. Thus, NIETS required all examination halls to perform rigorously according to the testing standards of national education and the V-NET testing manual
Chief of Testing Administration and Center Network Division (Mr. Pattana Thanakorn) addressed the V-NET testing administration in the digital testing system, roles and duties, and procedures of operation in examination halls. It was realized roles and duties in the process of before, during, and after examination. For other issues related to testing arrangement monitoring, testing documents administration, the operational results report, the compliance of testing arrangement manual, testing regulations, and regulations for entering exam room administer. Finally, NIETS has already provided the testing arrangement documents for V-NET in electronics on the website www.niets.or.th for cooperating testing centers and examination halls to download.
The Examination Organizing Academician (Mrs. Kanjana Puangjit) advised methods for the publishing and delivery of documents in the system of testing management and clarified related documents of testing in categories. Meanwhile, a Computer Academician of the information technology working group (Mr. Phanupong Maita) stated the preparation of the digital testing system for testing arrangements, the structure of testing system, the operation plan for the testing system, the preparation of computers and related equipment, the system access and methods of testing conduct, and the delivery of testing documents, including the system used digital testing. In the last session of the meeting, it was opened for all participants to have inquiries and suggestions.
