NIETS organized a knowledge management workshop to enhance organizational achievement.

On January 22, 2024, at meeting room 3501, Asst. Prof. Sirida Burachat, Ph.D, the director of National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization), or NIETS set up a workshop about Knowledge Management (KM) for NIETS’s executives and official officers. The topic of the workshop was “Knowledge management to practice for supporting an organization’s achievement.” and it was instructed by physician Professor Duangmanee Laohaprasitthiporn, advisor to deputy dean of quality development division at the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, as a professional speaker and expert in quality improvement. The core advantages for NIETS’s officers from this workshop were knowing, understanding, and realizing the importance of knowledge management procedures within organizations. They could use that knowledge to improve themselves to be effective performers and to apply for practical work leading to Learning Organization: LO, including the development of sustainable organization’s goals.
