NIETS organized the Islamic National Educational Test (I-NET) in the fiscal year 2023.

On January 27, 2024, National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization), or NIETS managed the Islamic National Educational Test or I-NET in the fiscal year 2023 for students of Islamic Studies courses (A.D.2003) and Islamic Studies courses of Basic Education Core Curriculum (A.D. 2008), primary level, middle level, and high level. There were 8 subjects consisting of Qu’ran, Al Hadith, Al-Aqeedah, Alfiqh, Altariq, Al-Allaq, Malay language, and Arabic language. The purposes of this test supported testing results, utilities for learning and teaching improvement in educational institutes, and other objectives. Meanwhile, NIETS accepted kind cooperation from the Primary Educational Service Area Office, the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, the Provincial Education Office, and the Provincial Private Education Office, which operated as I-NET testing centers.

For this year, there are testing applicants of I-NET, totally 70,646 persons which consisting of

• Islamic at primary level, 34,434 persons
• Islamic at middle level, 22,955 persons
• Islamic at high level, 13,257 persons

NIETS will announce the testing results of I-NET on February 27, 2024, via its official website, www.niets.or.th

The advantages of taking the I-NET examination are the usage of Islamic educational testing results applied by students, teachers, administrations in institutes, and relevant units to support information for Islamic study’s quality comparison, and for planning and improving Islamic study management.
