NIETS joined the event “Songkran Festival: The Ministry of Education inherits Thai culture.”

On April 10, 2024, in the afternoon, the director of the National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization) or NIETS (Asst. Prof. Sirida Burachat, Ph.D.), along with executives and official officers, attended the event of the “Songkran Festival: The Ministry of Education inherits Thai culture,” in order to bathe the Buddha statue and express respect to elders by pouring Thai traditional water onto their hands for asking blessings to youngsters for good luck and prosperity. The Minister of Education (Police General Permpoon Chidchob) presided over the ceremony and remarked on the opening speech. With the Deputy Minister (Surasak Phancharoenworakul), senior executives and seniorities (former senior executives of the Ministry of Education) succeeded in Thai culture, tradition and fortune on the occasion of the Thai New Year at the Teachers' Council Auditorium.
