NIETS announced the spirit of administrative policy as “the role model of virtue in public organizations” and arranged the 8th year of training with NACC.

On April 23, 2024, the Director of National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization) (Asst. Prof. Sirida Burachat, Ph.D.) along with executive administrators and NIETS officers announced the spirit of administrative policy based on good governance moving forward, “the role model of virtue in public organizations” and arranged an operational workshop at the meeting room 3501 on the topic of “Enhancing the relationship of NIETS stepping into the eighth year, “the role model of virtue in public organizations” for the fiscal year 2024. The workshop aimed to educate guidelines for practice following the 4 ethical principles of NIETS, consisting of: 1) responsibility 2) discipline and honesty 3) public consciousness, and 4) sufficiency. These would enhance human ethics and prepare guidelines for changing behavior in a suitable manner. It would prevent corruption and transgressions within the organization and encourage kind relationships between the executives and official officers.

In this training, there were 3 topics consisting of: 1) Shame and Intolerance of Corruption 2) “Strong Model,” the sufficient mind toward anti-corruption, and 3) Citizenship and Social Responsibility, which were lectured by Major Nimman Kaenkamjorn, a senior professional level anti-corruption officer, and Mr. Natthapakorn Prasertsuk, a professional level anti-corruption officer, from the Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC). This knowledge sharing between lecturers and trainees would encourage NIETS’s officers to use the ethical principles of NIETS as the guidelines needed to make their lives and work with happiness, effectiveness, and success. The virtue model of public organization leads to the ongoing growth of the Center of Excellence.
