This policy would decrease education inequalities and enhance the learning opportunities parity, such as 1) the online testing system for learning improvement, which served students and interested people to the O-NET testing trial, where the testers could know their strengths and weaknesses for their learning improvement plan in the future, 2) the online training system, which aims to improve personnel skills for measurement creation and learning assessment. It would support teachers and educational employees who are interested measurement creation and learning assessment, and 3) the circulation of the examination and answers of O-NET testing in each subject and level for schools and agencies in order to provide plans and learning quality improvement in each subject.
