NIETS organized “Work Life Balance” workshop for approach guidelines on work-life balance and the life quality development of official staff.

On May 18, 2024, the National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization), or NIETS, set up the organization staff seminar in the fiscal year 2024, which was named “Work Life Balance” to approach the balance of work and life in order to enhance and improve the quality of life of official staff. Asst. Prof. Sirida Burachat, Ph.D, the director of NIETS along with the executives and official officers, attended this creative relationship-building activity called “the techniques for planning and time management for making their balance,” “the ways for co-working in the organization and problems analysis occurring in current working circumstance, ” and “the changing of working procedures or decreasing of working procedures that are applicable for balancing the life qualities of staff.” The event had a quest speaker, Siriwath Manowattana, Ph.D., (Professor Bank ah-romdee) and BHD Group, and took place at the Avani+ Hua Hin Resort, Hua Hin district, Prachuapkhirikhan province.
