NIETS organized the online workshop on the usage of O-NET results for teaching and learning quality upgrade according to the “Anywhere Anytime” policy of Minister of Education.

On May 7, 2024, Asst. Prof. Sirida Burachat, Ph.D, the director of the National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization) or NIETS, hosted the first round of an online operational workshop on the topic of “the enhancement of the Ordinary National Educational Test (O-NET) results usage for upgrading teaching and learning’s quality level” in order to promote the free self–study course and data access regarding the Minister of Education’s policy (Police General Permpoon Chidchob), “Anywhere Anytime”. The institute’s executives, professors, teachers, and educational officers from the Primary Educational Service Area Office (PEASO) and the Secondary Educational Service Area Office joined the workshop. This workshop gave the analysis guidelines for O-NET testing results for personal students to support the test results usage for the higher level of studying plans and prepare the six copies of the analysis results from educational institutes, which were classified by subject, lesson content, learning standard, and indicators. Also, it included testing analysis for teaching and learning development and upgrading class learning management.

In addition, this workshop had a pretest and posttest for measuring the knowledge of attendees before and after the workshop in order to effectively apply O-NET testing results for teaching and learning upgrades. It offered the certificate to all attendees who passed the workshop testing.
