NIETS organized the first round of Non-Formal National Educational Test: N-NET year 2024 by paper pencil form and digital testing system.

On August 24 - 25, 2024, the National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization), or NIETS, coordinated with the Department of Learning Encouragement, organized the Non-Formal National Educational Test: N-NET for the first round of the academic year 2024 at the Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement and the Bangkok Office of Learning Encouragement as the examination centers.

The first round of N-Net testing in the academic year 2024 had been arranged in 2 formats as below:

1) Paper based: there were 8,921 persons prepared for students at the primary school level, the secondary school level, and the high school level under penitentiary, jail, juvenile observation and protection training center, protection and occupational development center, juvenile detention homes, reception home for girls, Princess Mother National Institute on Drug Abuse Treatment, and others who were not available for using the digital testing system.

2) The digital testing system based: there were 110,262 students at the primary school level, the secondary school level, and the high school level outside penitentiary, jail, juvenile observation and protection training center, protection and occupational development center, juvenile detention homes, reception home for girls, Princess Mother National Institute on Drug Abuse Treatment.
