NIETS coordinated with the Secondary Educational Service Sakaeo Office to promote the usage of O-NET testing results for upgrading the quality of teaching and learning management.

On September 14, 2024, the National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization), or NIETS, leaded by Asst. Prof. Sirida Burachat, Ph.D., the director of NIETS, and the deputy director of the Secondary Educational Service Sakaeo Office (Mr.Somkid Taengphrom), arranged the workshop on the topic “The promotion of the usage of O-NET testing results for upgrading the quality of teaching and learning management.” This workshop was held at Sakaeo School in Sakaeo Province and had 120 participants, consisting of teaching and academic teachers, educational supervisors, executives of the Secondary Educational Service Sakaeo Office, the Primary Educational Service Sakaeo Office Area 1, Sakaeo Provincial Administrative Organization, and educational fund project schools. 

The content of this workshop included the training of O-NET testing results analysis of students by personnel, and the results of testing of institutes issued 1 – 6, Basic Education Core Curriculum B.E.2551 (A.D. 2008) reviewed, the testing blueprint, testing and results analysis, lesson learned of factors effected to O-NET testing scores of educational institutes, O-NET testing results report using for upgrading teaching and learning improvement, and measuring and assessment within classes development plans.
