NIETS organized the capability work support of digital literacy testing for executives of the Ministry of Education and under controlled units and civilians.

On September 20, 2024, the National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization), or NIETS, arranged the Test of English Communication in the Workplace: TEC-W at the A1-C2 level using the digital testing system for 86 students from the Saengtham College, Nakhonpathom province, at NIETS’s digital testing room.
The TEC-W testing is a valid assessment of English language proficiency in four skills as listening, speaking, reading, and writing for communication in the workplace that conforms to the standards criteria of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, or CEFR. Meanwhile, the test takers can download their individual testing result report and apply for personal English skills improvement.
