The Ministry of Education joined the wreath offering ceremony on “Chulalongkorn Day” on October 23, 2024.

On October 23, 2024, the Minister of Education (Police General Permpoon Chidchob), the Deputy Minister of Minister of Education (Surasak Phancharoenworakul), the vice Minister of Minister of Education (Siripong Angkhasakulkiat), along with executives, government officers, and MOE’s official officers, joined to pay homage ceremony and to offer garland on the occasion of the memorial day of the passing away of King Chulalongkorn or King Rama V as the “Chulalongkorn Day” when Thai people called to mind in remembrance of His Majesty's grace. In addition, Asst. Prof. Sirida Burachat, Ph.D, the director of the National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization), attended this ceremony at the Equestrian Statue of King Chulalongkorn, The Grounds of the Dusit Palace, Dusit district, Bangkok.
