On October 23, 2024, Asst. Prof. Sirida Burachat, Ph.D, the director of the National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization) or NIETS, along with the executives and official officers, attended the wreath offering ceremony on the occasion of the memorial day of the passing away of King Chulalongkorn or King Rama V as “Chulalongkorn Day” in order to appreciate His Majesty's grace for Thai people at the Equestrian Statue of King Chulalongkorn, The Grounds of the Dusit Palace, Dusit district, Bangkok.
