NIETS organized an online explanation meeting with the operation team at examination hall level of V-NET testing in the academic year 2024.

On December 19, 2024, the National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization), or NIETS organized the online meeting with the co-working team at the examination hall level for the preparatory of Vocational National Educational Testing (V-NET) using the digital testing system in the academic year 2024. Participants included committee at the examination hall level from 509 locations consisting of head of examination hall, examination system officers, examination room officers, examination supervisors, examination halls cooperators, and 20 representatives of the testing operation centers using a Zoom cloud meetings program.

The chief of testing administration and center network division (Mr.Pattana Thanakorn) outlined the meeting's objectives, testing policy, and guidelines for V-NET testing management in the academic year 2024 using the digital testing system. Furthermore, he announced the testing schedule, which will be held on January 18–19 and 25–26, 2025. The relevant issues were mentioned about roles and duties examination halls, procedures and usages of testing documents. Moreover, the practical guidelines and solutions by case for operating test were applied following the national testing standards.

An academic information technology officer (Mr. Panuphong Maita) recommended preparation for V-NET testing via digital testing system by (1) prepare test takers to have knowledge and understanding of the system, steps, methods, including the system used for testing. (2) prepare the test room, venue, computers, and network system. (3) prepare the program used for testing. And (4) prepare the invigilators at the venue level and the room invigilators.
