NIETS organized an online meeting with the committee at the examination hall level for the readiness of B-NET national testing of the academic year 2024.

On January 23, 2025, the National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization), or NIETS, organized an online meeting with the committee at the examination hall level of the Buddhism National Educational Test (B-NET) to prepare operational readiness for the academic year 2024 by using the Digital Testing system. The participants included committees at the examination level from 71 locations and representatives from 12 test coordination centers via the Zoom Cloud Meetings program.

Asst. Prof. Sirida Burachat, Ph.D. the director of NIETS, assigned the deputy director of NIETS (Warunee Liewwiwatchai, Ph.D.) to open the meeting by informing objectives of the B-NET testing, the preparation of B-NET test in the academic year 2024 using the digital testing system for junior and senior high school levels, which was scheduled on February 15, 2025. The test coordination center and examination halls were requested to strictly follow the test manual and test room regulations.

The chief of the Testing Administration and Center Network Division (Mr.Pattana Thanakorn)  addressed that the B-NET testing management for the academic year 2024 using digital testing system meeting's objectives were about roles and responsibilities, and working procedures in the examination hall, usages of test documents, printing and importing the documents into the testing administration system. Moreover, he also provided guidelines for various cases to ensure that the testing management complied with the national educational testing standards.

An academic information technology officer from the Information Technology Division (Mr. Panuphong Maita) instructed on the preparation of B-NET test with the digital testing system, the test takers preparation to have understandings the system usage, progress, method, including the testing system, room, examination hall, computer networking, program, invigilators and operational system officer preparations. In addition, Mr.Panuphong introduced how to use the B-NET testing system, how to take the test, how to submit the test, and performance reporting at the examination halls level, etc. For those interested in trying out the test in the digital testing system, please visit http://ndt.niets.or.th/.
