NIETS held the Islamic National Educational Test (I-NET) for the academic year 2024.

On Saturday, January 25, 2025, National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization), or NIETS, arranged the Islamic National Educational Test (I-NET) for the academic year 2024 prepared for students studying under the Islamic Studies curriculum B.E. 2546 and the Islamic Studies Curriculum under the Basic Education Core Curriculum B.E.2551, in the beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. There were 8 subjects, consisting of the Quran, AI-hadith, AI-Aqeedah, AI-Figh, Attarikh, AI-Akhlaq, Malay language, and Arabic language. The test results will be used to improve the quality of schooling in educational institutes and for other purposes.
The I-NET testing for the academic year 2024 has a total of 73,889 test takers, sorted by level into:
Beginner Islamic Studies 36,191 persons
Intermediate Islamic Studies 23,625 persons
Advance Islamic Studies 14,073 persons
The advantages derive from the I-NET testing: Students, teachers, school directors, and related agencies can use the testing results as data to compare the quality of Islamic education and generate a plan to improve teaching management in Islamic courses. Therefore, NIETS has scheduled to announce the I-NET testing results report on February 25, 2025, on the official website: www.niets.or.th.
