NIETS conferred an online meeting with committees at the examination hall level for the preparatory learning measurement and assessment of capability testing, TEC-W, and DL testing.

On March 5, 2025, National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization), or NIETS, conferred a preparatory meeting with the committee at the examination hall level of the Test of English Communication in the Workplace: TEC-W (New Year Gift round), capability testing of measurement and learning assessment (Teacher Day Gift round), and Digital Literacy: DL testing. In these tests, NIETS had cooperated with the Office of the Vocational Education Commission. There were participants in an online meeting using the Zoom Cloud Meetings system, consisting of committees at the examination hall level from 43 locations and representatives from examination halls at a number of 129 halls.
The Chief of the Testing Administration and Center Network Division (Mr.Pattana Thanakorn) stated that the preparation of the TEC-W (New Year Gift round), the capability testing service of measurement and learning assessment (Teacher Day Gift round), and the Digital Literacy: DL testing. These tests will be scheduled on Saturday, March 8, 2025. Moreover, Mr.Pattana also explained the structure of testing administration using the digital testing system, the roles of NIETS and examination halls, the committee’s operational procedures, testing document formats, and schedules of operation test management. He was also open to reviewing discussion and suggestions with participants.
An academic information technology officer (Mr. Phanupong Maita) from the Information Technology Division informed the participants of the preparations using the digital testing system, the testing system structure, the operational plan for testing systems, the installation of computers and related equipment, methods of system login, procedures for doing tests, and the test answers delivery, including the system used in the digital testing system.
