NIETS organized the digital literacy testing for enhancing the digital working capability in response to the workforce and the 21st Century Skills.

On Saturday, March 8, 2025, the National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization), or NIETS, arranged the digital literacy testing (Digital Literacy: DL) using the digital testing system for the first round in the fiscal year 2025 at the first (DL1) and the second (DL2) levels.
NIETS will announce the testing results on March 28, 2025. The testing results would support the development of the digital usage of test takers. Their organizations would apply the results to enhance the digital working capability for human resources proficiency in order to response to the workforce demands and the 21st Century Skills.
