The third round of an online operational training, “The Usage of O-NET Testing Results for Upgrading Quality of Teaching and Learning” aimed to build up utilization awareness.

On Tuesday, April 29, 2025, the National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization), or NIETS, organized the third round of an online operational training, “The Usage of O-NET Testing Results for Upgrading Quality of Teaching and Learning” On this occasion, Asst.Prof. Sirida Burachat, Ph.D, the director of NIETS was a main lecturer to educate to create the participants’ awareness of the utilization of O-NET test results according to the policy of the Minister of Education (Pol. Gen. Permpoon Chidchob) and the deputy minister (Mr.Surasak Phancharoenwonkun) who encouraged driving the quality of education development. There were 1,183 participants including executives of schools, teachers of diversity courses (from the Office of the Basic Education Commission, the Department of Education Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, the Office of the Private Education Commission, Special Education Bureau, National Office of Buddhism, Border Patrol Police School, the Department of Local Administration, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation) educational supervisors, and educational personnel.

In this training, there were issues related to the O-NET results report at many levels. For this year, it added test results report number 7 at the school level, which focused on distinctive points and adapted points in each subject and the recommended test results report at the personnel level and at the school level. Furthermore, it included the analysis practice of         O-NET results reports of personnel student, and institutes classified by subject, content, learning standard, and indicators. NIETS has improved the O-NET test results report system in data visualization form to serve schools and institutes for application of their teaching and learning quality and course management improvement.
