On May 16 - 17, 2025, the National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization), or NIETS, organized the internal seminar “Happy Workplace: Key to the Organization of Happiness” in the fiscal year 2025, which the director of NIETS (Asst.Prof. Sirida Burachat, Ph.D.) along with executives and official officers, attended to build the organization relationships among officers at every level. It encouraged happiness, strengthened the desirable working environment, and upgraded the quality of working life by these activities: 1) building knowledge of “8 kinds of happiness” for enhancing the quality of life and happiness of working; 2) creating knowledge awareness by inspiring storytelling or experience sharing among colleagues; 3) strengthening your mind, positive attitude development, and working inspiration building 4) reviewing problems and obstacles of the organization to promote the sustainable organization of happiness. The key lecturer was Mr.Siriwatchara Manowatthana (Achan. Bank, Witthayakon Arom Di) and the team venue was at OZO North Pattaya Hotel, Chonburi province.
