NIETS conducted an online meeting with coordinated examination centers for the first round of the Vocational National Educational Test year 2025.

On July 3, 2025, the National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization), or NIETS, organized the clarification meeting of the Vocational National Educational Test (V-NET) using the digital testing system in the first round of the year 2025. There were 60 participants of the chairman and working group at the coordinated examination centers level who attended via the Zoom Cloud Meetings program.

The director of NIETS (Asst.Prof. Sirida Burachat, Ph.D.) assigned the deputy director (Warunee  Liewwiwatchai, Ph.D) to open the meeting and state the objectives of V-NET and the preparation process of V-NET testing in the academic year 2025 using the digital testing system. She clarified the elements and weight of testing, testing advantages for test takers, and usages of testing results to apply for teaching and learning improvement in educational institutes. Moreover, they asked for operational alignments rigorously according to testing handbook from coordinated examination centers, who perform the testing conform with the national educational testing standards.

The academician of examination arrangement (Mrs. Kanjana Phuangchit) advised and explained the testing results report of V-NET which published 6 issues for educational institutes consisting of 1) individual test results, 2) statistics for institutes, 3) percentage of students who gave correct answers, 4) range of scores for test takers, 5) individual test results classified by subjects and elements, and 6) statistics for institutes classified by subjects and elements.

The acting of chief of the testing administration and center network division (Ms. Noppamat Ketramrit) summarized the operational management in the last year (an academic year 2024) and stated policy, procedure, operational guidelines for testing performance in the academic year 2025. Furthermore, she informed us of the testing schedule of V-NET in the academic year 2025, which will occur on January 17-18 and January 24 – 25, 2026. The computer academician (Mr.Phanupong Maita) suggested the students list delivery process of the V-NET testing system, the designation of working groups for the coordinated examination centers, and the committees at the examination hall level via the testing administration system.
