NIETS organized the second round of an online explication meeting for testing centers of the national Non-Formal National Educational Test (N-NET) in the academic year 2025.

On November 5, 2025, the National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization), or NIETS, conducted the second round of an online explication meeting for testing centers of the national Non-Formal National Educational Test (N-NET) in the academic year 2025. There were 218 participants who were representatives from the Department of Learning Encouragement, the Distance Education Institute, the Bangkok Office of Learning Encouragement, and the Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement, by using the Zoom cloud meeting program.
Asst. Prof. Sirida Burachat, Ph.D, the director of the National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization) assigned the deputy director (Warunee Liewwiwatchai, Ph.D) to have welcome speech and state the preparation for the second round of N-NET in the academic year 2025. The testing schedule will start on Saturday, 14, and Sunday, 15, February 2026, and it will be operated in 2 forms as (1) the digital testing for all students in grades 6, 9, and 12, except those who are in penitentiary, prison, Vocational Training and Protection Center, Juvenile Training and Rehabilitation Center, girl’s orphanage, Princess Mother National Institute on Drug Abuse Treatment, and (2) the paper-pencil based form for student in penitentiary, prison, Vocational Training and Protection Center, Juvenile Training and Rehabilitation Center, girl’s orphanage, Princess Mother National Institute on Drug Abuse Treatment and other institutes with unequipped computers and internet network. NIETS asked for the cooperation of testing centers to inform educational institutes and announce the testing schedule, rounds, and locations of N-NET testing to all students for taking examinations according to the specified time and accurate location and reducing the lost test takers. NIETS also emphasizes that committees at the examination halls level must strictly follow the examination administration manual and the examination room regulations to prevent any violation of testing procedures.
The acting chief of Testing Administration and Center Network Division (Ms. Noppamas Ketramrit) concluded the overview of N-NET in the first round of the academic year 2025 and the readiness for the second round in the academic year 2025. Moreover, the work calendar was announced, including the schedule for submitting student data and classroom/computer-room information into the N-NET examination system from 6 to 20 November 2025. The session also covered the management of the examination in both paper-pencil and digital testing formats, the roles and responsibilities of test-center committees, the N-NET examination system, the examination management system, procedures for recording examination-rule violations, the use of examination documents, the printing and submission of examination documents via the examination management system, and various operational guidelines. At the end session, it opened for participants to have inquiries and advices commutation.
