NIETS organized the training program to enhance personnel capacity on “the cost-effectiveness evaluation for the development of Public Organizations.”

On November 11, 2025, the National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization), or NIETS, organized the training program “the cost-effectiveness evaluation for the development of Public Organizations” to enhance knowledge and comprehension of the systematic planning and evaluation of policy-related projects. The training helps personnel develop the ability to analyze and assess the efficiency, effectiveness, and worthiness of operational efficiency, thereby improving the quality of internal processes and supporting work practices that align with good governance principles. The director of NIETS (Asst.Prof. Sirida Burachat, Ph.D.) presided over this program.

The training program was supported by esteemed speakers and experts in the cost-effectiveness evaluation from the Office of the Public Sector Development Commission (OPDC), public sector development officer at the expert level (Mr. Yuttachai Inpa), and public sector development officer at the senior professional level (Ms. Nithinuch Jarungkiet), served as lecturers, providing presentations and case studies on the topic ‘Operational framework for the cost-effectiveness evaluation for the development of Public Organizations.’ Executives and staff of NIETS participated in the training, held in the meeting room 3501 at the NIETS office.
