On November 14, 2025, the National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization) conducted the second round of an online explication meeting for testing coordination centers of the Vocational National Educational Test (V-NET) using the digital testing system in the academic year 2025. Participants were presidents and working groups of testing coordination centers and conferred by using the Zoom Cloud Meetings program.
The director of NIETS (Asst.Prof. Sirida Burachat, Ph.D.) assigned the deputy director (Warunee Liewwiwatchai, Ph.D) to open with remarks on the preparation and guidelines for administering the V-NET testing in the academic year 2025, which is scheduled to take place on January 17–18 and 24–25, 2026. The testing coordination centers and all examination halls were requested to strictly follow the working calendar and exam operational manuals to ensure transparency and compliance with the national educational testing standards.
The acting chief of Testing Administration and Center Network Division (Ms. Noppamas Ketramrit), provided an overview of last year’s examination administration and the preparations for the Academic Year 2025 of V-NET testing. She clarified procedures, operational guidelines, monitoring processes, and the management of examination documents, including reporting requirements, adherence to the examination operational manual, instructions for testing, and rules for entering the examination room. The V-NET testing operational manual for testing coordination centers, in electronic format, can be downloaded from the NIETS website (www.niets.or.th).
The computer technical officer (Mr. Phanupong Maita), introduced the operation of the V-NET testing system, including how educational institutions submit data, how examination sites are arranged, and other related system functions. At the end of the session, participants exchanged views and provided recommendations.
