NIETS organized an online meeting for briefing the operation team at the examination halls level to prepare the arrangement of the V-NET testing administration using a digital system in the academic year 2025.

On December 12, 2025, the National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization), or NIETS, organized an online meeting by Zoom Cloud Meetings program for briefing the operation team at the examination halls level to prepare the arrangement of the Vocational National Educational Testing (V-NET) testing administration using a digital testing system in the academic year 2025. The participants were committees at the examination halls level, consisting of the head of examination halls, operational system officers of exam halls, operational system officers of exam rooms, and examination invigilators. Administrative officers of examination halls and representatives from exam coordination centers.

Asst. Prof. Sirida Burachat, Ph.D, the director of the National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization), or NIETS, assigned the acting chief of Testing Administration and Center Network Division (Ms. Noppamas Ketramrit) stated the meeting outlined the objectives and provided clarification on the policies, procedures, and guidelines for conducting the V-NET testing for the academic year 2025. It covered the roles and responsibilities of examination personnel, the procedures for operating the test center, the use of examination materials, downloading the test administration manuals, and the best practices for various scenarios. This was to ensure that the V-NET test is conducted in accordance with the standards of the national educational testing.

The computer technical officer (Mr. Phanupong Maita) provided guidelines for preparing for the V-NET Digital Testing System which are (1) preparation for using the testing system (2) preparation of exam rooms, examination centers, computers, network systems, and testing software (3) preparation of examination supervisors at the examination center and exam room levels and (4) pre-test system checking before the examination day.
