On December 16, 2025, the National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization), or NIETS, organized a briefing meeting for the preparation of the administration of the first round of proficiency assessment in measurement and evaluation learning outcomes, the first round of the Test of English Communication in the Workplace (TEC-W), and the first round of Digital Literacy (DL) testing. There were committees at the examination hall level that participated in an online meeting via the Zoom Cloud Meetings program.
Asst. Prof. Sirida Burachat, Ph.D, the director of the National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization), or NIETS, assigned the acting chief of Testing Administration and Center Network Division (Ms. Noppamas Ketramrit) to welcome and prepare guidelines for proficiency assessment in measurement and evaluation learning outcomes, the TEC-W and DL testing, on Saturday, 20 December 2025. The meeting covered the structure of digital testing administration in the system, the roles and responsibilities of NIETS and examination halls, the duties of committees at the examination hall level, categories of examination documents, how to download the test administration manuals, and a Q&A session to exchange views and answer questions from the participants.
The computer technical officer (Mr. Peerawat Kakhao) introduced the steps and procedures for the digital testing system, including the operational plan for system testing, preparation of the computer set and related equipment, the schedule for system testing, the lecture about how to use the digital testing system, and all related procedures.
