Ministry of Education Making a Merit on Its 125 Years of Establishment

On 1 April 2017, Mr. Teerakiat Jareonsettasin, Minister of Education, together with deputy ministers, M.L. Panadda Diskul and General Surachet Chaiwong, led administrators, civil servants, and staffs to commemorate 125 years of Ministry of Education establishment by making a merit. They offered food to 126 monks. Members of Civil Servant and Senior Teacher Association also joined in the event. Afterward, all participants paid a respect to Buddha statute of the ministry, the Guardian spirit, and H.M. King Vajiravudh’s, Rama VI, statute.
